PRIVACY POLICY – MORE CUBES

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game “More Cubes” (the “App”)
handles information when you use it. We built More Cubes to be as private
as possible: the App itself does not collect, store or share any personal
information.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

More Cubes does NOT collect, request, store or transmit any personal
information such as your name, email address, contacts, location, photos
or files. The App contains no account system, no registration and no login.

Game progress (cash, gems, upgrades and settings) is stored only locally
on your device using your device’s local storage. This data never leaves
your device, and it is deleted if you uninstall the App or use the
“Reset Game Data” option inside the App’s settings.

2. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

More Cubes uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google
LLC, to show OPTIONAL rewarded video advertisements. Ads are only shown
when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game bonus – the App
never forces ads on you.

To deliver and measure ads, Google AdMob may automatically collect
certain information from your device, which can include:

• Advertising ID (a resettable identifier provided by Android)
• IP address and coarse (approximate) location derived from it
• Device information (model, operating system version, language)
• App interaction information related to ad delivery (e.g. whether an
  ad was viewed)

This collection is performed by Google, not by us, and is governed by
Google’s own policies:

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad
personalisation, at any time in your device settings:
Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads on some devices).

3. INTERNET ACCESS

The App requests internet access solely so Google AdMob can load rewarded
advertisements. The game itself is fully playable offline; if no internet
connection is available, ads are simply unavailable and the game continues
to work normally.

4. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

More Cubes is a casual game suitable for a general audience. We do not
knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children
under the age of 13. The App contains no chat, no social features and no
user-generated content. Advertising is provided by Google AdMob in
accordance with Google Play’s Families and Ads policies. If you are a
parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal
information through a third-party service used by the App, please contact
us and we will assist you.

5. DATA SHARING AND SELLING

We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share any personal information –
we do not have access to any. The only data processing associated with the
App is performed by Google AdMob as described in Section 2.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

• Game progress: stored only on your device. Delete it at any time by
  using “Reset Game Data” in the App’s settings or by uninstalling the App.
• Advertising data: retained and managed by Google under Google’s privacy
  policy. You may reset your Advertising ID in your device settings to
  unlink previously collected advertising data.

7. SECURITY

Since the App does not transmit personal data to us, there is no personal
data for us to secure on any server. Local game data remains on your
device and is protected by your device’s built-in security.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California,
the Australian Privacy Act), you may have rights regarding personal data
such as access, correction, deletion and objection. Because we do not
collect personal data, these rights primarily apply to data processed by
Google AdMob – please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy linked above to
exercise them. For any questions, you can also contact us directly.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example, if the
App’s features or third-party services change). Updates will be posted at
the same location as this policy, with a revised effective date. Continued
use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
